Who are you becoming?
What if purpose is less about arriving, and more about the person God is forming?
Most conversations about purpose are really conversations about destination. What will I do. Where will I end up. Whether it will be impressive.
Scripture asks a different question first. Not what will you accomplish, but who are you becoming. Character is the thing that outlasts every role you will ever hold.
That reframing takes the pressure off the map and puts it back on the walk. You may not know the next ten years. You do know the kind of person you want to be tomorrow, and you can choose that today.
